Payment & Refund Policy
MIRRA BELLA Beauty Services accepts cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Klarna, Affirm, and other electronic payment methods.
Appointments & Deposits
A $50 deposit is required to reserve appointments. Deposits are refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, no-shows, or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Services
Completed services and treatments are non-refundable.
Packages & Treatment Plans
Package pricing includes discounted rates. If a client chooses to discontinue a package after using one or more services, refunds will be calculated based on the full regular price of all completed treatments, and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
Trainings & Educational Programs
For seminars, trainings, or workshops, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled training are eligible for a 50% refund.
Online courses are non-refundable once access to the course materials, videos, digital content, or educational platform has been provided.
Practical training programs may be eligible for a 50% refund of the initial payment within the first two weeks of the program, provided the student submits a written request within that time period.
Products & Cosmetics
Opened, used, or damaged products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Unopened products may be exchanged or reviewed for store credit at management discretion.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By submitting payment, the client agrees to these terms and acknowledges responsibility for authorized charges. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes for completed services, trainings, packages, or delivered digital materials may be subject to collection efforts or legal action.
